Movin up?? Sure, but it doesn't squat and it's misleading because domestic football is still stagnant.

  5. No matter how stagnant the state of football in this country is, our new ranking is still good news indeed.

  6. Good news? Yeah to some degree i can agree. But dont get blinded. There are teams ranked only a few spots higher who can give our boys a good beating. People say lets get Malaysia coz theyre only 3 places above, but they will more likely beat us 9 out of 10 times. We might get a draw. Teams below us can also beat us, just like Taiwan. This is only good news for the team, not the sport itself in the Philippines.

  7. Well what kind of news do you want to hear? Another debacle?

  8. Psh, don't mind the pessimists guys...they're not even Filipinos. They know nothing about the team.

Let's be happy with this goods news, guys.

  9. Damn, right! I hate those foreigner or Fil-foreigners who always look at the negative side of Philippine football in spite of good news like this. Hoy kayo mga pekeng Pinoy, maghanap kayo ng gulo sa ibang lugar. Wag dito. Di namin kayo kailangan mga basura kayo!

  10. Crab minded people never find a glass half full. "For me this is great news and Im positive the team will improve more". Crab minded guy, do you have a problem with that?

LOL @ all you FUCKING PIECES OF SHIT for thinking there are a bunch of non Filipinos who post comments on here on a regular basis!! That's also a perfect example right there, you guys are fucking deluded about who visits and posts comments here just as you all are about the "good news" of an improved ranking.

So why don't you people explain how it's so positive and what that improvement really means?? Because at this moment in time it doesn't mean anything. It's definitely not bad news but it's not really good news either.

  13. hadthisbeentaken... for me a jump in the rankings like that will mean our national teams inclusion in FIFA PC and console games. LOL.
seriously man... what is yer problem?

  14. Ha?! The Philippines jumped 13 spots to 152nd and yet it's still not a good news for you? And you want us to expound why it's a good news? It's simple to understand so there is no need for a psychiatrist to explain it to you. Get it straight! Marunong ka nga mag-english pero mukhang mura naman una mong natutunan. Nakakaawa ka, basura. Bless you anyway.

^^^You're a fucking idiot then! Like I said, moving up to 152 in the rankings doesn't mean shit because it doesn't reflect the true strength of the Philippines football wise!

So why don't you explain it if it's so fucking simple!! Yes it's nice that the Philippines moved to 152 but there's hardly anything to get excited about. All your doing is beating around the bush and you yet you have the audacity to call me trash?!? Good job you fucker! I'd fucking smack you in the face!

    @TheClockWorks....
Don't you think it's clear?? All I was asking before is for some of the people in here to explain how it's so positive and what moving up to 152 really means?? Like I said (once again), it doesn't mean shit. The Philippines being ranked above a country like Lebanon is absolute BS. And yet there people who think moving to 152 is some massive achievement and then they'll end up bigging up the team as if they're some force to be reckoned or some shit like that. There's just too much hype after something like that, its untrue!

  16. mate this is great news and i can understand why a lot of people are excited about it. see, the last two years we have not seen anything about the national team, no domestic league... the much hyped FPL by the PFF is nothing but ningas cogon... allegations of corruption by mari martinez.... mate... this is great news. theres something to look forward to as well because the PFF will have their elections and we will see the last of mari martinez.... theres no way to go but up.... im sure the problem of the domestic league will be addressed, and news of the philippine team jumping 13 places will surely help the stature of football in the country. gotta be optimistic you piece of shit!

LOL!!!!! Ann LOL again at you feeling all tough by calling me a piece of shit! LOL!!!! Don't tell me you're becoming like Louie..... a complete wannabe.

You see that's hype right there. The Philippines national team jumping 13 places up the rankings will help the stature of Philippine football??? There's no way to go but up??? Absolute BS! Like I said, the rankings are misleading and you yourself have been affected by it by saying what you have!

There is no way but up but it doesn't mean things will change in a positive way right away or if it will at all. Nothing is certain in Philippine football and you should know that.

  18. @HasThisBeenTaken Why don't you become the president of the PFF and let's see what you can do? Stop criticizing everything about Philippine football and try hard to do something good for it instead of always blasting here from nowhere. You're not helping Philippine football at all because TheClockWorks is right, you're just a piece of shit. Dumbshit!

    LOL!!!!!

You clearly have no sense of come back..... "Why don't you become president of the PFF".... ummm.... ya... sure.... pfff! Vote for me then!! LOL!!!

    Fucking Idiots!

  20. Let's just be happy with our improved ranking.. THIS OUR HIGHEST RANKING EVER! So really there is a reason to rejoice..

FIFA Rankings only count our international performances right?? I think domestic ball doesn't have anything to do with it right?? Just saying..^^

    ReplyDelete
  21. @HasThisBeenTaken And what is your sense of going back here? Fucking all day? Better fuck yourself because nobody here gives a shit about you.

@eindhow You're right, the world ranking is based on national teams' international performances and it has nothing to do with our local league or whatsoever.

  22. HasThisBeenTaken22 October 2010 at 07:42

    ^^LOL!!!

Well nobody gives a shit about you too. And what kind of shitty argument is that?? Telling me that I come on here so people would care about me??? LOL!! You're the one that should fuck yourself...... twice even!!

That's exactly the point. The rankings has nothing to do with domestic yet domestic Philippine football is practically non-existent. Therefore their increase in ranking is misleading. Philippine football is weaker than the ranking suggests!

Once again I've never said it was bad news, it's definitely not, but I'm also saying that it's not really good news either. People can't seem to understand that!

    ReplyDelete
  23. For majority of us it will always be good news except for you. It's okay if YOU can't seem to understand that. And besides, this topic is all about the ranking and not the current state of local football. No more no less.

  24. HasThisBeenTaken22 October 2010 at 09:58

    LOL!

Well, as I've been trying to ask from the start, how exactly is it good news?? That's all I was trying to ask in the first place but everybody just beats around the bush without properly answering the question.

You and the others say its this good and exciting news.... how exactly?? So they moved up the ranking, now what??

Hey shithead, why don't you just answer my question rather than beating around the bush!! Can't you just do that???

  27. @HASTHISBEENTAKEN: UR SUCH A DUMB ASS! it has all been explained why it is good news. for us here in the province, seeing the Philippines improve in rank is enough inspiration to continue playing and teaching kids about football- the game we all love. so please cease your negative vibes here, do it somewhere else. congratulations philippines on the 152nd ranking, now we breach 150 for sure.

  28. Basically, it's exciting because our football team is getting better. Who knows where we will be in the next 10 years or so?
