Philippines friendly against Kuwait on 16. October was removed from FIFA.com list of official "A" matches.
"This match was not authorised by the AFC in accordance with the FIFA regulations governing international matches."
Earlier FIFA removed also Kuwait`s friendly against Syria on 11. October (1-1) for same reason.
When they are removed , the matches will not count in the FIFA rankings
In September Philippines friendly against Laos was removed because one of the assistant referees was not a FIFA Referee. Philippines lost 1-2
Another friendly was removed because Cambodia was using a 7th sub in 90 min , and only 6 subs are allowed in a FIFA international friendly. This match ended in 0-0 draw

Another lucky break for the Philippines as this loss will not appear on our record at FIFA as well as not being counted in the next FIFA rankings. It will however be counted in the ELO rankings nevertheless.
