ReplyDeleteA win was to be expected in this game. Specially with the starting lineup of the azkals, and Nepal have no players anywhere near the caliber of many of our players today. Nepal may be ranked higher, but theyre not a better team. I personally mean that with this lineup, the azkals should be able to beat Singapore as the azkals have a very strong lineup. But unfortunately they lost against Singapore.

ReplyDeletePerhaps they should have but there were some factors that affected the team and therefore affected the performance.

ReplyDeleteA couple of days of rest and training could make a world of difference. Let's not forget that our Azkals based abroad had not much rest and practice with the team. They haven't practice as a team not even once. They went straight to the game and yet they had more attempts than Singapore, but just couldn't find the net.
