  1. My prediction : Philippines win 2-1. The Indonesian team is weak and inexperienced and Philippines should beat them this time ?

    1. I'd go for a 4-0 win for us, brace from PYH and goals coming from either Mulders, Wolf, Angel or JYH. I have this scoreline because if I'm not mistaken, their training camp for this match started only a week or two weeks ago. Only about 9 players came in the first day but who knows what will happen, Okto might give us problems again...

  3. I hope we win...3-1. Makabawin naman.
Can you give like 5 minute updates.

  4. Jerry Lucena and Dennis Cagara...are they going to play. Have they arrive, nobody mentioned the news.

  5. They say that Cagara and Lucena came last night. Maybe they will be on bench ?
Roland Müller could be starting GK in first half , Maybe Neil in second half ?

  18. normally you must win this match....funnily only the Younghusbands' can score....so i guess if they had played from the start we would have won the match....so with a good squad just a draw vs. an unexperienced Indonesian side which fought well.....still waiting for the 1st victory over them

    ReplyDelete
  19. Mr friend I don't think they are unexperienced. You have to give it also to the Indonesians, they played well as well.
Our defense broke down on the two goals, especially on the first goal. Also their defense broke down as well.

Maganda nga siguro kung pinasok nung una sina PYH and JYH but that is not important, ang mahalaga na nakita ko ay we recovered and played well.

But all in all maganda ang laban.

  22. yeah .. a draw was to LESS normaly .. scoring and DEFENSE were weak .

Gumaganda na laro nila. Ayan na ang mga "aso". Muntik na matalo pero nanalo pa din.

Kulang pa players, san ka pa. Na thrown out. Ang galing ni PYH and JYH.

Tabla pala.
    Oks ba.

  25. Ang Guam ang walang experience. Ang experience nila ay matalo.

"The 1991 South Pacific Games saw Guam's first matches since the 1979 tournament, twelve years previous. In Papua New Guinea, Guam were in Group 2 and lost their opener 14-0 to Tahiti on 9 September 1991. On 12 September they lost 15-1 to Fiji before losing 18-0 on 15 September to New Caledonia"

"Guam played their first game at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka, on 1 April, in front of 3,000 people and were defeated 11-0 by Palestine, for whom Fahed Attal scored six times. Bangladesh then defeated Guam 3-0 on 3 April, with two late goals from Mohammed Abul. The match was watched by 18,000. Three days later 550 people watched Cambodia defeat Guam 3-0 at the Bangladesh Army Stadium."

Guam entered World Cup qualification for the first time for the 2002 tournament in Japan and South Korea. They were put in Group B of the first qualifying round, against Iran (qualifiers in 1998) and Tajikistan. Each team played each other once in the Takhti Stadium in the city of Tabriz, Iran

"Guam's first ever World Cup qualifier was against Iran, on 24 November 2000. Guam lost 19-0 in front of a crowd of 30,000. Iranian player Karim Bagheri scored seven times, and his team mate Ali Karimi four. Farhad Majidi and Ali Daei also scored hat-tricks, with one of Daei's from the penalty spot. Sohrab Bakhtiarizadeh scored a further two for Iran with Alireza Nikbakht getting the other.

Two days later Guam lost 16-0 to Tajikistan, for whom nine different players scored. Rustam Khojaev and Sukhrob Khamidov each scored four for Tajikistan."

Pagnatalo tayo dito, EWAN KO NA LANG. Eto talaga ang mahina na team. Tinatambakan sila nang mga kalaban nila. Pinakamalaki ay 19-0. Ang pinakamababa ay 3-0 (Cambodia at Bangladesh).

  26. FT 2-2
Typical Weiss coached again. All out attack followed by the opponent scoring 2 goals off counterattacks. Fortunately both Phil and James Younghusband score resulting in a 2-2 draw. After an altercation, Philippines down to 10 men for the last 10 minutes of the game.

Philippines dominated most of the play with a 15-4 shot advantage especially in the scoreless 1st half where it was all Philippines. Indonesia came back in the 2nd half with some excellent chances off
    counterattacks.

I think Muller, holding the opponent scoreless off this past 2 games against Malaysia and Indonesia, now deserves consideration for the starting goalkeeper position, especially with his performance against Malaysia where he made numerous excellent saves.

Considering that Indonesia brought an inexperienced lineup, I am not too pleased with the result. It is a game that we should have won, considering we carried most of the play. The Younghusbands saved our bacon once again but I felt we could have done more.

  27. In-experienced Indonesians???? HMMMM...

  28. How would you know??? That these guys are un-experienced???? Give it to them, they played well also.

    1. yeah Marielle and Spongebob is Dumbe and Dumber together. spongebob is dumber ok?

good god Caligdingdong! what kind of leadership is this? first the bwakaw mode. we could have scored early on if only he passed the ball to the rushing Denis Wolf but he wants to be a hero so decides to shoot it and the keeper saves it. Then says hes too good for his teammates he will take the corner kick and it was useless.

come the second half he had another bwakaw moment that really irritated james younghusband. its funny seeing a player with the captains armband getting told off by a model turned footballer.

then on the 80th minute captain dingdung picks a fight with bachdim. why he picks a fight i dont know. maybe hes upset that james younghusband told him off in front of a large crowd and TV cameras. oh he made me lose face, ill pick a fight so everyone will talk about the fight instead yeah?

so philippines now face guam.... is it going to be another draw? maybe coach wise will experiment now with new players. i dont understand why he experiments against indonesia when we badly need the ranking pts. hes got a game against guam, a team that is experienced in losing, as wht WMG pointed out, he could use that game to experiment. why did he risk it vs indogs and piss off a lot of paying fans in the rain? LOL!

hey pls stick around ok? this is football. i hope this disappointing result dont make you turn against football and side with eric dimzon.

why didnt jerry lucena play? did he arrive at all?

    2. "dont understand why he experiments against indonesia when we badly need the ranking pts."

Badly need the ranking points?!? Really? lol! No we don't! The only people who believe that are the ones who pay too much attention to the rankings and use it as a measuring stick if we've improved or not.

"why did he risk it vs indogs and piss off a lot of paying fans in the rain?"

You probably didn't listen/watch his post match interview.

"why didnt jerry lucena play? did he arrive at all?"

Did you really watch the game? He played the entire 2nd half! lol!

  30. Damn, people must be ignorant if they think the azkals will draw against Guam. Im expecting a good bashing if the azkals field a decent team.

Btw, to those who watched the game. Was Angeles any good? Havent really heard anything good about him.

Im kinda impressed that Caligdong, eventhough i dont think he is that good of a player, still manage to stick in the starting lineup.

  31. Caligdong to miss the Guam game is a blessing in disguise! hehe! ;)

ayan na naman ang mga inggit kay caligdong.....panu bwakaw at blessing in disguise yun????....kung totousin ang daming attempt miss shot eh sana tinira nyo rin si guirado at si wolf...indi nyo matira dahil anu?????defense lapses kaya tayo na scoran....palibhasa walang alam sa football sa pc lang ang alam hahahaha......nagsite pa ng play indi mo alam kung anu sa utak ni wolf either nagaabang nga sya ng pasa or he rush to the goalie if in case magfumble sa strike ni caligdong....kung bwakaw paguusapan bakit indi nyo tinira si guirado sa pagkabwakaw pilit na pinapasok ang bola...lahat ng play sa right side nga...........in short obvious na inggitero lang kayo hahahahaha.....may gana pang magenglish na magmura......hahahaha

On the other side, how i miss borromeo on the back 4, he is fit to the 2nd combination of players ni weiss (experimental line-up)....sa 1st half ok din malakas ang defense pero off noght si idol wolf at guirado....
