Awesome! Jonny figured Iran was at the same level as Vietnam because they had similar results against mutual opponents. Iran also beat Turkey 2-0 recently so they are no lightweight. A soccer minnow turned into a shark. Go Malditas. It would be great to tell Puma to get stuffed if they realize that they missed a chance to sponsor a team that is ready to take on the world.
ReplyDeleteLOL! Womens teams from muslim countries are crap. Why? Because no one gives a crap about women in their muslim countries. The real test is Thailand.
ReplyDeleteright! the do or die is vs the Thai girls...and i predict a win of the Thais again.....as our team probably lack in preperation and (chronical) lack of funds. of course it would be nice if the malditas
Deleteproove me wrong....but i doubt it as in women's football all goes its normal way...as the competition is not that balanced like in men's football
We will see. I think this team is capable of reaching that top 5 in Asia, given the also the right circumstances and not working against them like injuries and stuff. I think we actually have better chances at cracking the top group in women's footie than in men's. So we will see. I do hope they will crack that top this time. Go team.
Deletehope they push through....it has never been so easy this to get under the top 5 than this time (due the ban of North Korea)...yes, i guess our women will have better chances to reach either WC or AFC cup finals as there are not so many strong teams...especially no ones from Middle East who domintes normally the men's competition together with the big 3 (JP,AUS,SKR)
