  1. Guess he was too busy falling on the fields in India just like what he has been doing for Azkals.
Strange this news only surfaced now only as alot of people knew he was clubless when AFF was going on.
I guess we did not assess our players ability at club level when we select them as the important criteria was that they need to be foreign based players.
    Shame on the entire management.

    1. After the tournament quite a number of players have attracted the attention of foreign clubs.
How come non of our players are mention?
So the former chelsea players younghusbands also have no suitors.
This says alot about our players playing in the recents Suzuki cup.

    2. What?!? You say they've attracted the attention of foreign clubs but go on to say that players like the YH bros have no suitors... labo!

Having no foreign clubs interested in our players after an outing in the Suzuki Cup doesn't say squat! It just says more about your expectations!

Although I agree that sometimes certain players who deserve a call-up aren't being called up. However, in Angel's case, it was the right to call him up! Despite his awkwardness at times, he's a different option due to his size, strength and pace. We don't have anybody else like him, be it a homegrown player or not! Overall, he did have a decent Suzuki Cup.

    3. Size and strength??

He was practically falling down being challenged by small size guys.

Name me a few guys in azkals that that really stand out?
Both YH plays as though without them azkals will falter.
Chieffy was running aimlessly on the field.

The only fact was that the defence was throwings legs ans their body to stop balls going goal bounds.
That how good our azkals is.

  2. Hopefully he will play again in the ufl and hopefully not with global. Maybe with green archer united to make them more stronger and put more balance in the league. So that we wont just we watching 4-5 strong teams fight for the title.

    1. That's just dumb. Just shows how new footie still is to a lot Filipinos.

So what's next? You're gonna clamor for Barca and Real Madrid to sell some of their best players to other teams in La Liga to make the league more balanced? Get Manchester City and Chelsea to hand out money to fellow EPL team so they can buy more and better players to make it more balanced as well?! lol!!

    2. New footie is being in a league with many contenders not just a 2 horse race like in La Liga. Many fans here in the Philippines are new to Football for your info you dumb ignorant.

    3. So what if many people are new to football? Does that mean the league should be "balanced"? Definitely not and it's clear you're the dumb ignorant person around here!

    4. commenter above, your fvcking retard. you may think that your old shit is good but that's just money talk you fool. Euro football is in big debt trouble because of your way. I guess you should thank americans for saving your big Euro teams you fool. The new way to go about leagues is to have a more balance playing field and set a salary cap. Even top clubs in the Euros would say that players are way overpaid for what they do. In this old football, the team that can shed the most money wins... Time for a change and make a league more competitive.

    5. ^^And the twat speaks!! LOL!!

Obviously, there should be regulations to protect the integrity of the game, and for leagues to be more balanced, in terms of finances and things like that. But to balance leagues out just for the sake of it in the way that you're saying is just retarded of the highest order!! Complete idiocy and stuff of noobs!!

    6. Anonymous 29 Dec 23:06. hahaha. Again, misreading the guy's comment. I think what he's saying is simply putting a salary cap to even out the field. Nowhere in that comment of his that stated or even implied that the competition be leveled for purpose of just leveling out the competition. You simply cannot just go and yank player away from a team to balance it out. hahaha. you got served boy. Do better if you wish to be relevant. And if you honestly think that these people on here are actually suggesting that a league should forcibly remove players from teams and redistribute (my impression of what you think was suggested) is just foolish. Like I said, read the comments well before you respond because you are not reading them well. peace out.

    7. Why don't you follow your own advice and you read properly before YOU comment!! You're already a twat to begin with, now you're an a-hole as well!!

The anon at the top wants Guirado to play for a team like green archers because that person believes there's "not enough balance" due to not having enough genuine title contenders. Therefore that person is implying that they want some of the better players to be spread out more! That idea isn't new as there are some who have voiced that opinion before and it's ridiculous to say the least! What's even more ridiculous is that you can't seem to figure that out from what was said above but that's not surprising considering what you really are!! So peace out... LOL!!

  4. LOL!

Well, maybe he shouldve focused more on his club, rather than the azkals. Salgaor is, was his employer, but had his head with the azkals all the time, no wonder they sacked him. Ever heard of a player who focused more on the national team than his club?

I hope he wont play in the UFL. He is too good for a medicore league, far far behind the rest of SEA. And we all know who will sign him if he decides to play in the UFL.

    1. if he focused more on his club, the ilonggos will say "see now? if they chose an ilonggo player this wouldnt happen. they put priority on club first, an ilonggo player will fight for country blah blah blah"
