Azkals grace PSA forum
DISCUSSION centers around the Philippine Azkals and football in the PSA Forum today at Shakey’s Malate.
Azkals team manager Dan Palami, along with stalwarts Chieffy Caligdong, Marwin and Marvin Angeles and some members of the training team for the Southeast Asian Games in Myanmar, will join Philippine Football Federation secretary-general Ed Gastanes in the public sports program aired over DZSR Sports Radio 918 and presented by the Philippine Amusements and Gaming Corp. and Shakey’s.
Palami will talk about the Azkals’ coming campaign in the AFC Challenge Cup qualifiers the country is hosting in March, while Gastanes will talk about the plans and programs of the country’s governing body for football this year, including its campaign in the SEA Games in December.

Just wondering how palami can be the national team manager when he is a club owner himself?
ReplyDeleteEver heard the term "only in the Philippines"?
ReplyDeleteIf you guys are willing to invest millions of pesos of your own money to support the growth of Philippine football then I'm sure that the PFF would be more than happy to indulge any preoccupation you might have.
ReplyDeleteIt's not just that, Palami is the frickin head of the national teams committee AND president of the Leyte FA. He shouldn't be anywhere near the national team in terms of being one of the officials, in this case team manager!! Having said that, for the PFF, a candidate for team manager of a national team must have deep pockets... it's ridiculous!! It's the same for the U-23's!
ReplyDeleteRegarding the actual blog post... Palami loves making public appearances for whatever occasion and it's ironic!! Player's get lambasted for being "too much in the open", yet you have the fat ass that is fartlami doing just that as if it was a club team he owned!
You seem to have so much hatred for Palami, despite what he has done for Philippine Football, if you think you are ready to spend you4 millions for the development of Philippine football,by all means you are most welcome, present yourself and the PFF is more than glad to accept you, but if not, why cant you just sit back, think before you talk/write, and enjoy the fruits of all those people you have criticize. If you cant help it, write instead suggestions on how they can improve football development instead of criticizing and insulting. Thank you
DeleteAnd to Mr Palami, I hope yiu can incorporate in your program, grassroots development as well, specially the coaches and trainirs so that they will grow up with the right training that will adapt to the trainings you have right now with the national teams.
will you agree without him FOOBALL in the Philippines is nothing..... tulad ng dati, tanong ko lang kelan mo na laman at nakita ang AZKAL? diba dahil sa kanya!, if you have money to spent for the benefit of our football then i agree whit you!!!!hehehe
ReplyDeleteYes, Palami should also address the issues of Grassroots Development in front of the media.
ReplyDeleteI am in favor of development of youth football. Leave Palami out of it. PFF should not stand for Palami Football Federation. Development is not his responsibility.
