Matthew Hartmann Joins Global

Global FC acquired another midfielder in their ranks. Matthew Hartmann made his move to the People's Club from the Loyola Meralco Sparks.
Hartmann played  three seasons with Loyola Meralco, winning the UFL Cup in 2013 and recently the PFF-Smart National Club Championship last January where he was also named the most valuable player of the competition.
The midfielder is excited with the prospect of not only leading the team but also have a chance to play with his younger brother, Mark.
"I'm very excited to play with my brother for Global," said Matthew Hartmann. "I want to win every competition we play in. It's a massive opportunity for me."
Coach Leigh Manson also had choice words for Hartmann.
"(Matthew) is actually a very good player," said Manson. "He's starting to be noticed."
Hartmann will don the number 3 jersey when he makes his debut for the People's Club.
