In a bid to challenge in all fronts, Global FC has bolstered the squad once again with the signing of Japanese forward Norio Suzuki.
Suzuki played for four J. League Division 1 sides in F.C. Tokyo, Vissel Kobe, Omiya Ardija and Vegalta Sendai. He was also part of the Japan Under-20 squad that played in the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championships.
The winger will be the second player to have played in Japan's top flight after Masaki Yanagawa arrived for the People's Club last January.
Suzuki is set to be a vital part of Leigh Manson's squad as the side is also preparing for the UFL Cup, the second round of the league and the RHB Singapore Cup.
The winger will wear number 15 when he makes his first appearance for the People's Club.
