What's not fair about it?? Rules are rules and Aly incurred two yellows and therefore should be suspended. Yes, it would be great if Aly could play in the first leg but again, rules are rules. And if you look back at Aly's tackle which got him a yellow card in the second leg against Sri Lanka, it was ridiculous on his part and rightly so he got a yellow card and therefore be suspended.
yes, rules are rules, that's correct. But in that case the weak teams have a disadvantage because they have to play a first round and their players can be suspended while the "powerhouses" can rest and play with full gear. Nevertheless if he acted more clever the yellow card could have been avoided........

********* However, if you are not aware, there is an article in the FIFA rules (Article 37 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code governing the cancellation of caution) that can support the Azkals' case. (Fairplay + Article 37) LOL!
at least AFC is the one requesting FIFA to cancel the suspension. Both parties are communicating. We got 4 more days to get a good news
ReplyDeleteactually it's basic - two yellow cards
ReplyDeleteequals game suspension
we have to live with it
^^ Basic Rules vs Fair Play. Good thing AFC realized!
