This will always be the trend if we keep on changing coaches for the youth national teams every 16 months. Because new coaches will always have new players with him and it keeps breaking the team cores just like what happened in the U15 team. If the PFF cannot protect the youth teams then it will always be this way..
ReplyDeleteUmm... it's a fucking youth team!! The core will always change every year so it's not just a coaching problem!!
DeleteGuys guys guys. The real trend here, is that our boys suck. Nothing more to explain. Plain and simple. Theyre not good enough.
ReplyDeleteTry telling that to hordes of Filipinos that posts a comment here or even just to the majority of the Filipino football community just like Anonymous 9 September 2013 14:02. It's so typical (it's gotten old and irritating) for them to just blame the coach for every single thing without taking anything else into consideration such as the fact that the level of our players suck!! You try telling that to them, you also end up getting the typical idiotic (to say the least) responses/come backs!
DeleteIf the level of play of the players suck why bring them anyway?
DeleteI dnt knw why peeps keep hyping this shit. Even have the nerves to cmpete in sea games. Cant even hang with them
DeletePinoys just suck on football. Stop the impossible dream no? Just import fil ams and give them your money. End of story
ReplyDeleteBums
ReplyDeleteWe should blame the PFF Technical Department on this one - Ariston Caslib cause he's the one who put all the programs and appointed coaching staff for the youth level. Call his name always so he can wake up..
ReplyDeleteListen up bandwagoners! There is no use of complaining about the coach. Or bitching about Aris Caslib. Most of you only know his name, and nothing for he stands for and for what he has done!
ReplyDeleteThe fact is, if we had a much better coach, we would still lose. Im sure most of you would ask why, and some of you would just laugh thinking its a joke, but the FACT is, that on YOUTH level, our players arent good enough, and we wont be catching up anytime soon. Then some of you will say, but lets bring in some foreign based filipinos, yeah, that has happened. Anyone remember SEAgames where the management supposedly said we were one of the contentenders? Well, we didnt stand a chance, and we had a good squad. And on this level, on U19, we are basically still the whipping boys of Asia. Wait, if we take away our foreign based players, and those who has moved to the UFL, then we would still be the whipping boys of Asia.
Here is a scenario. Send a team of our best homegrown players to Thailand and let them play against a club there. The team would lose, and it wouldnt have been a big surprise to those who have followed Philippine football for decades.
I see that someone mentions money and fil-ams, well, that guy has somehow a point. Without PALAMI and his MONEY, we wouldnt be doing this well, and the fil-foreigners wouldnt even consider to play in the Philippines or FOR Philippines. And we wouldnt have so much media attention and we wouldnt have a rising league in the UFL. This is because of the lucky run the azkals had in the Suzuki Cup.
So bandwagoners, pls STFU, coz you are what you are, a bandwagoner who thinks you know so much better than anyone because you suddenly know what offside means.
PS. we send the teams to competitions so they can learn and somehow progress and get experience. Its not always about winning. Its also about learning. But you bandwagoners think its always about winning. If the azkals dont win you complain and demand this and that. STFU, pls STFU.
You should STFU because your the one who is not listening to the Technical department when he lectures about the philosophy and style of Philippine football should be but what happened here in the grassroots national team the opposite was being done. You are the bandwagoner and we are the football purist whose heart and mind is always about the good of football but the technical department doesn't execute the way they lecture the coaches of the philippines every seminars and coaching course. All we want is atleast a decent finish since the Kasibulan had been implemented and with the big budget of PAGCOR, plus the youth U15 and U19 started 2 yrs and 4 years respectively and then it suddenly dipped in performance in the present.

DeleteWow. You really couldn't be any more of an idiot can you?
From what you've said, it seems you're fully aware of the short comings of the coaches yet you're still expecting "decent finish" in international play?! LOL!!
Also the programs that you've mentioned being around for 2 and 4 years respectively... LOL again!!! Two and four years is nothing!! Programs won't come to fruition in that span of time. At the same time development is not a straight fucking line!! You're just another typical idiot sorry to say (or am I??). You have a false sense of accomplishment (or whatever the right term in this case is) and from there you have false sense of expectations. Seriously, get a fucking brain!!!
@ Anon 11:15
DeleteRight on! They think that 2 and 4 years is enough to make kids superstars, but they dont know nothing. They even call themselves football purists. LOL, what a JOKE!
Fact is, things doesnt happen over time, it takes years, a decade or even more. We are behind our neighbours when it comes to grassroot programs, talent development etc etc.
And here some wannabe thinks that we shouldve closed the gap and passed the rest of the SEA in 2-4 years? Get real, and like someone said, get a BRAIN!
Btw, when did the U15 and U19 have good results? Do you mean that time the U19 went to China with Palami. Can you remember the results? There is no dipping performance.
Your words are full of Fuck and it seems you are the brainless idiot i've ever met here in blogspot. You are still happy inspite of these? Wow! you are one helluva stinky brain maniac who have no idea whatsoever inside the PFF. Check your cards asshole!!!
ReplyDeletekaya pinapadala mga youth team dahil para magkaroon sila ng experience. dahil ang main goal sa kanila, is to represent the philippines by the time maging seniors sila. support lang please hindi yung puro 'STFU'. in time these boys will gain enough experience to defend
ReplyDeletepass score and win a game in international level with the help of these tournaments and ufl youth league and national league
The STFU was for the commentators who think they know anything and for blaming everyone. These kids needs the support even if they dont win games, and at least they manage to score some goals. Filipino bandwagon fans demands to much, even from youngsters. Its pathetic.
Deleteyun nga eh. before naman, wala naman ganyan na mga comments eh. before pinadala yung u-19 sa china back in 2009, wala namang ganyan eh kahit na mas malala yung scores before. kung alam lang nila mga scores before makikita sana nila yung improvement ng mga bata and yes, atleast ngayon nakaka score na
DeleteAnonymous 11 September 2013 17:17 doesn't know that Football is a demanding sport with a demanding fans and you cannot take that away from them because criticisms can make or break a team positively or negatively and its their means of saying na the 'team should wake ' or 'give us some inspiration ' by not losing .
The fans want a "W" kahit hindi mag champion.
