Ceres, back to back U23 national champions, priding itself with the use of proper local talent, even the fans of the club harp on about it, and now that they're in ufl, most of these talents are deemed not good enough and the foreign born Pinoys are being brought in! lol!!!
Sorry wasn't clear, yes Jeffrey is moving to Ceres, but as Jonny was speculating his contract had not expired. He signed a new contract before the transfer.
