D' DAVAO Survivors (DDS) won two games in a row in the Davao Football Association (DFA) Women's Open Football League at the Tionko Football Field Sunday.
DDS defeated the University of the Philippines-Mindanao (UP-Min), 8-4, then followed it up with another victory over the SOS Children's Village 4-0.
With back-to-back wins, DDS improved its win-draw-loss record to 2-0-1.
The Philippine Women's College (PWC), meanwhile, pulled off a rousing 15-0 shutout over the Medvil FC but later succumbed to a 2-1 loss against the Ateneo de Davao University High School (Addu-HS) who won its third consecutive game.
The Ateneo de Davao University College, for its part, defeated AdDU High School, 4-1, to stop the latter's winning to three.
Matches will resume today at 8 a.m. at the same venue pitting SOS against Medvil, UP-Min against Addu College and DDS against PWC. (RPSA)
