    So Ceres said they will cut down the amount of foreigners from 12 to 8, and that they will give homegrown players the opportunity to play for Ceres and that they are focused on giving homegrown players a chance. But theyre still recruiting filipinos from abroad. Is that what they meant? Coz soon there wont be any room for homegrown players if this continues. Theyre exactly the same as Global.

      They are Global 2013! Which is especially strange because they beat them over two legs in the Smart Cup
