SAN Roque Football Club and last year’s runner-up Queen City United advanced to the semifinal round of the 12th Interclub Football Cup after taking the top two spots in their bracket yesterday at the USC-TC Field.
SRFC leads the group with nine points after winning all three games, followed by QCU with four points.

They will join the top teams in Bracket A—Erco-PTT and Hiroshi FC—in the next round.
Don Bosco actually figured in a logjam with QCU for second place after defeating Southwestern University, 5-3, in its last match. However, it was eliminated after QCU came up with a better goal difference.
The semi-final match today will feature Hiroshi FC against SRFC in the first game followed by Erco FC and QCU FC in the second game.
In the Boys 17, Ateneo de Cebu blanked Ormoc FC, 6-0, to arrange a semifinal outing with ANS-Pomeroy. Paref Springdale and Cebu Team will face each other in the other semifinal outing.
In the Boys 14, Ateneo de Cebu defeated Los Amigos, 2-0, to move to the semifinal against Los Amigos. Canduman and ANS Pomeroy clash in the other semifinal match.
