Philippines will participate in U21 tournament

PFF has confirmed that they will participate in Bolkiah Cup in Brunei in February. Bolkiah Cup is a unofficial U21 Championship for ASEAN teams.

This will also be a good test for upcoming SEA Games 2013 in Myanmar
