CRAZY Horse routed Don Bosco United FC-B, 3-0, in the Men’s Open of the 15th Aboitiz Football Cup yesterday at the Aboitiz Sports Field.
Last year’s tournament runner-up got in the scoreboard early in the game, with Keen Agot connecting in the sixth minute. In the 23rd minute, Epifanio Ynot scored another goal before Mitsuo Tsunakiri made it 3-0 in the 31st.
It was a different situation for its sister team DBU FC-A, which blanked Avengers FC, 2-0 with Mark Atillo’s scoring in the 48th minute and Jet Arvajo hitting in the 81st minute.
FCIC survived the boys of Toledo Harumi, 3-2, secured by two goals in the first half courtesy of Joelito Lucanas in the 29th minute and Robert Sepe in the 32nd minute. Shello Mangubat added another one with a goal in the 61st minute.
In the last game of the men’s open, Hiroshi FC ousted Samba FC, 3-1.
