    I think you guys are in the wrong region to recruit talent, better do it in the provinces to get better quality talents

      You are right, majority of best players are in the provinces because they can't afford the fare going to Manila just for the tryout. If Sta.Lucia are serious enough for the UFL and has the budget then they should scout in different provinces to make a better team..
