  4. I HIGHLY DOUBT this article.

Sabi sa mga twitter ng mga Azkal-related people wala pang final na nasa-sign. PR ploy lang daw yan.

  6. The link that the previous person posted seems to be an "Is it true?" article because of the question mark in its title.

Besides, what would you believe? Speculations from Indonesian sources who probably have not even been verified, or words straight from the Younghusbands themselves saying that they are not signing with the Indonesians?

Maybe I just don't want them to sign with the Indonesians. But bottom line is that it's probably wise if we wait for announcements from the Younghusbands.

  7. ON SECOND THOUGHT...

I fear that they have indeed signed with the Indonesian club. If they have, then we'll have to ask permission with the Jakarta FC everytime we need the Younghusbands. Even worse is that if the Younghusbands are not careful with their contracts, the FC could probably refuse to give us back the Younghusbands because they have matches scheduled, etc...

Oh well. If that happens, hopefully we'll have more good strikers to replace them.

  8. Relax. All celebs have agents who's job it is to get publicity for their clients. This could all be a PR con but even if it's true it won't change the Yh's loyalty to the Azkals.

Until RP has a professional football league all good players - Pinoy as well as fil-for - will have to earn their living abroad.

  9. If Jakarta club wont release the YH for international duty, they cant stop the YH from doing so and FIFA cant sanction the YH coz the league is not sanctioned by them.right?

  10. Yeah but they can certainly withold their salary for leaving without permission.

  11. Fact is, if a player is under contract with a Club, which means the Club pays for his salary, the Club has the right to decide whether or not to release or borrow his contract players.

  12. this is not bad news. imagine if etheridge gets to be no.1 at fulham, that means he can only be released for world cup qualifiers and asian cup. Minor tournaments such as suzuki cup and challenge cup would definitely be overlooked by the fulham management since these tournaments are not exclusive FIFA dates.

i'm just glad the younghusbands are hired.

  13. The Younghusbands have already said on TV that the situation wasn't perfect, so they're not signing at the moment. UNTIL they appear on TV again to confirm this news, consider this matter bogus.

  14. Guys didn't you know that the Younghusband brothers already declined the offer?....they said it was not perfect:there is politics involved in that league, the brothers priorities are the their Football Academy and the National Team, and they wound't risk their career for a league that is not sanctioned by the local football authorities in Indonesia=)..........buti sana kung legal yung league pero hindi eh sayang...
