Philippine club One Taguig FC have officially withdrawn from the competition due to serious financial difficulties.

The reigning PFL runners-up were also excluded from the 2026/27 domestic season in August for similar reasons.

Their withdrawal affects Group D (East Zone), which also features Borneo FC, Tainan City FC and Yangon United.
