THE Philippine Football Federation (PFF) Technical Department is hoping that the country’s U14 team will deliver and give good results, said John Carmona, PFF regional technical director, who is based in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The national boys team is currently seeing action in the Regional Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Festival of Football 2015 from August 12 to 22 at Bander Seri Begawan in Brunei Darussalam.
“The level of this age category is not that high, but based on their experience last year, they have been giving us good results. They also have a longer preparation compared to the U16 national team,” Carmona added.
Joining the U14 national squad are three young booters from the Negros Occidental Football Association, including John Jason Callejas, Rob Cyrow Delima, and Chris Arro Sumilhig Canoy.
