Medvil finished the two rounds of elimination with seven wins and two draws without a loss while Seagull-Porky's Lechon toted six wins, two draws and one loss.
At stake is the championship trophy that is a replica of the 2010 FIFA World cup trophy.
Organizers will also award medals to special awardees like the best striker, best midfielder, best defender, best goalkeeper and most valuable player.
The football league was presented by Acer Philippines in cooperation with the Davao Football Association (DFA) and Columbia Computer Center.
