After a highly successful 2009/10 season, it was only natural that the United Football League has garnered more interest from other football clubs in the Metro Manila area. With the development of the sport of football in mind, the Football Alliance would like to proudly present six new clubs that will participate in the 2010/11 season.
Three of the clubs have been granted the privilege of participating in both the LBC-UFL Cup and the League, while the other three will only be battling it out in the former of the competitions.
Congratulations to Ilonggo United FC, Union Internacional Manila FC, and Dolphins United FC for being the three new clubs that will grace the League's Second Division - replacing Mendiola FC, Diliman FC, and United South FC.
Stallions FC, Manila Sudanese FC, and Laos FC will also be gracing the 2010/11 season, as they pit their skills against the UFL's best in the LBC-UFL Cup, which starts in mid-October.
