THE Cebu Football Association (CFA) is fighting a war on two fronts: against the PFF leadership at the capital and against football stakeholders in its own backyard.
The first war is less arduous as the CFA wages it alongside a good number of disgruntled FAs all over the country, and should culminate in the Board of Directors assembly next weekend in Manila.
The second one—against an uprising that has snowballed—could prove more damaging to the board.

NOTHING is written about the scandal that for sure no WOMEN CUP will run in ABOITIZ LEAGUE ( which is organized by CFA director Adonis Quitoy ).
ReplyDeleteThe ABOITIZ OWNER promised a WOMEN CUP .. but nothing happened.. to expensive for many players/clubs...
only ATLITICA de CEBU is registered ..
what a WEAK ORGANIZATION through Aboitiz and CFA !
there are too many issues, paul. the referees, the men's open, the women's open, the "high" registration fees, the walkout. it will need a whole magazine to discuss everything.
