2023 Copa Paulino Alcantara

 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘: The PFF conducted the 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 for the new participating Clubs and Teams of the newly expanded 2023 Copa Paulino Alcantara. In attendance were the following Clubs and Teams who will join the existing 6 PFL clubs
