PFL Disciplinary Committee decisions

 The Philippines Football League (PFL) Disciplinary Committee has decided on the status of the following matches:

M12 – United City FC vs. Azkals Development Team
M34 – Dynamic Herb Cebu FC vs. Azkals Development Team

The aforementioned matches, have been declared as forfeiture in favor of Azkals Development Team (M12) and Dynamic Herb Cebu FC (M34) due to the non appearance of both United City FC (M12) citing unavailability of players and Azkals Development Team citing unavailability to travel to the agreed venue (M34).
