KANE HOPES BUSMEN CONTINUE WINNING RUN

Sean Kane made his first start of the season in matchday five when the busmen traveled to Myanmar to play Shan United. The versatile defender did well in the away match contributing to another clean sheet for the Philippine squad.
The former Philippine International wants to pick up where they left off especially  in the final match of the group stage where they will have a shot of history in the ASEAN Zone.
“Obviously, we want to maintain our winning streak,” said the 28-year old. “Especially for me, getting ninety minutes against Shan United was very important because it makes me more prepared for this game.”
Ceres-Negros will match up against the second best team in the group whom they snatched a victory away in Binh Duong. Kane knows too well of the coming challenge ahead and is ready to face the Vietnamese squad.
“It will be a tough game (against Becamex), tougher against Shan but thankfully the teams and I will be more prepared when we face them at home,” he added.
The Ceres-Becamex match is scheduled at 8PM with tickets available at the bleachers gates. It will also be shown live on 5PLUS and Fox Sports channels and the ESPN5 YouTube channel.
