i am walter sibal, a member of Tuguegarao City Football Club. we wanted to register our teams for the upcoming Philex Pine Cup but we cant pay thru your account coz the banks (transactions) are closed. cant we not pay personally when we arrived there in baguio on April9. we really wanted to be a part of this worthwhile endeavor for football enthusiasts. pls help us! long live football!!!

well, no one is answering this contact number 09176246637,but we are greatful that atty.homer already replied thru email. he also gave us options for cheap hotel accommodations. thanks a lot but there is one thing we would again like to ask, can we still pay our registration fee thru your china bank account tomorrow(April 7, 2011)?
