  1. What's there to say really? The results were as expected. Not because of the players, but rather due to the well documented inadequacies of this coach to move this team forward. Anyone who believe otherwise is just blinded or in total denial.

  2. the philippine sports comission knew why they didn't want to send the team (like the men's U-23) first.....in the end they regret for sure that they changed their mind due to persuation in hope for better/good reslut(s).
and a good advice: the best is to exchange the coach really....he might be a good person but bring the girls on another level there 's a need for a top /better qualified 'n experienced coach of international level

  3. There is a difference between a coach and "mahilig na tatay". His passion is admirable but that doesn't make a good coach at all. If you get the same results whether you play with mediocre players or seasoned NCAA D1/D2 players, you can't help but look elsewhere for the problem's source. Fortunately for him he has the resources and the energy to run a team(or 2) where his kid can play and even wear an armband. Lets get down to it, how many teams does he run that doesn't have a Nierras and/or an Alquiros in it? Hmmm…mahilig na tatay.

I think part of the problem is that he probably thinks he is a better coach than these girl's college coaches. You can't get much farther from the truth than that and the girls know this. I doubt any of them has learned anything new from any of his "systems". These girls were already top notch players coming in…nothing in this team has made them better tactically.

  5. Its hard to handle a domestic club and a national team at the same time. He maybe a champion coach in UFL (only in a domestic set up) but its a different approach when it comes to international team. he should be replaced.

    2. Pretty brave of you to call on others to provide their names while you remain Anonymous yourself. Have you looked in the mirror lately? I'll bet your comment will also be better appreciated by the readers if you took the effort to provide your name.
