  21. In reality? really? Sige nga paki-enumerate mo...Di nga halos makabuo ng team ang ncr na pure manilenos eh...tingnan mo ang line-up ng NCR B even NCR A...still players are coming from Iloilo. Bacolod, Dumaguete etc...

    ReplyDelete
  22. NCR players are not all home-grown, though. The guy who scored the goal for NCR, Melliza, is a native of La Paz, Iloilo City.

That shows how stupid you are...and the selection process of philippines...naglipaan ang demonyo sa mundo parang karamihan nanatili sa NCR NT football selection (kuno). kung mangyari at malamang balik tayo sa walang kwentang sistema ulit.....

  26. Since time immemorial in the Philippines, ang magaling at maabilidad at matatalino ay hindi nananalo.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Yes. We've always admitted it. Metro Manila and National Capital Region will always be "loser shit". Always. But it will always be the Philippine shit capital. And that is reality.

    ReplyDelete
  29. No. Ikaw ang loser-shit!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Actually, instead of calling it NT, we should call the Philippine football team as NTT - National Tisoy Team!!! Fil-Am, Fil-Brit, Fil-German, Fil-Aussie, Fil-Belgian, Fil-Italian, Fil-etc, Fil-etc....

    ReplyDelete
  31. There are lots of talents (on all counts, not just in sports) outside of Manila but Imperial Manila, with all its wealth and power, has usurped most of them. I hope the time comes when that wealth and power get diffused to the rest of the country so that development on all counts will be somewhat even.

Go Iloilo and win the championship.

  32. @Anonymous of 10:53 A M <---- that will NEVER happen unless the provinces unite and pass the Charter Change.

  34. naks! may constitutionalist-kuno pala tayo dito...basahin mo nga buong Art.

    ReplyDelete
  35. If that's the attitude of elitists like you, then it will never happen. Our country is controlled by a small group of intellectual and economic elitists who are just so out of touch with what's happening in the agricultural countryside. We are all singing our hossanahs to Barotac Nuevo but outside of the town center is REALITY. It is agricultural countryside where much of the people are dirt-poor. If Imperial Manila continues to ignore the plight of the agricultural sector, there will come a time when this social volcano erupts.

    ReplyDelete
Sa taxes tayo nagka talo. all the national taxes collected from all provinces go to NCR AND "equitably" and "justly" distributed to the provinces daw!! hahahaha. Don't just read Article X of the 1987 - understand it. It was meant to be "intentionally vague".

    ReplyDelete
  37. REally?! You just don't read the entire Article and understand it you harmonize it with other provisions!!! Relate it to Article 2!!! Basic rule in Statutory Construction!!! lol

    ReplyDelete
  38. we now have 2 contitutionalists!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Enjoy your good fortune while the inequity favors you. But it is these kinds of inequities that have triggered social upheavals. There is no telling what's gonna happen in 10 years' time. Lawlessness is on the upswing but our dear PNOY is still on denial regarding the stubborn extreme poverty rate of approximately 40% which is the breeding ground of increasing lawlessness.

    ReplyDelete
  40. ......AND.....going back to football. ano oras laban ng davao at nofa bukas?

    ReplyDelete
  41. And much of the extreme poverty exists in the agricultural sector, where much, if not all, of Barotac Nuevo falls under.

  51. the selection process will be better now. tama yung isang commenter na kukunin from the finalist teams ang players. pro may kukunin p rin na players from other regions. NCR B and UP's deo seguinal is effective at the back. lalakas ang defense - leonora ng iloilo, unabia ng bacolod. NCR's deyto and IFA's munoz are way better than camcam!

    ReplyDelete
  52. Somebody who's got a lot of influence in the selection process is Aly Borromeo whose family owns GNC. I read somewhere that only he and the Fil-Am Azkal from the San Francisco Bay Area whose name escapes me now were the only ones who conducted tryouts there recently. I don't think there was any PFF official with them.

    ReplyDelete

  55. commenter MAY 15, 2011 6:36 PM

its anton del rosario and aly borromeo who conducted the tryouts in Frisco. it can b true. anton's older brother armand was also part of the azkals years back. yannick tuason is alybor's cousin. both are good players but u know, better players are coming out. lets just wait for the lineup. hope they hear our suggestions and speculations.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Yes, better players are coming out. There should only be 2 or 3 Fil-fors in the starting line-up and allow home-grown talents to shine. Development in the grassroots level needs a poster boy the likes of Chieffy or Ian whom the kids can better relate to.

    ReplyDelete
