THE 4th Balanghai Football Festival is all set on May 24-25 at Butuan City

All teams will battle in the seven-A-side tournament except for mixed six

Each team shall have a maximum of 14 players in the event organized
by the Butuan-Agusan Norte Football Association (Banfa). Registration
is pegged at P300 per team for the youth categories and P500 per team
for the 35 above, men’s and ladies open.
