Four New Names To Bolster Global FC

Manila, Philippines (March 7, 2014). Global Football Club is pleased to announce four new signings in the bid to reclaim the United Football League title this season.
 
The four new signings of the club are Curt Dizon, Daisuke Sato, Raul Martinez and German Rodriguez.
 
Global FC Chief Executive Dan Palami has hailed the four new signings as the club goes for a second league title.
 
"Global Football Club is synonymous with success," said Palami. "The four players will have an important role in the club as the season progresses. With their caliber, we hope that Global FC will continue playing beautiful football."
 
Global Coach Leigh Manson is eager to have the new signings adapt to the high level of football that Global is known for.
 
"I'm happy with the new players in the lineup," said Manson. "The players themselves show that they are ready to take on the challenge and play a high level of football the fans will love."
 
Curt Dizon, the 20-year-old midfielder, was signed from Union Internacional Manila. Dizon also played for Crystal Palace FC Under-16 squad and was an part of the Nike Chance football camp. The midfielder is also part of the Philippine national training pool under Coach Thomas Dooley.
 
Daisuke Sato is a 19-year-old midfielder that was born in Davao City to a Filipina mother and a Japanese father. Sato was part of the youth team of J-League side Urawa Red Diamonds.
 
Raul Martinez is a 26-year-old midfielder from Hidalgo, Mexico. The midfielder had spells in C.F. Pachuca and Lobos de la BUAP of Mexico's second division. The midfielder was also called up to the Mexico Under-23 squad in 2007 with 5 international appearances.
 

Completing the squad is German Rodriguez. Rodriguez is a 25-year-old defender, from Cruz Azul in the Mexican premier division.

  2. Dizon..was also a pro in Spain..hopefully this time he will not get overlooked by NT..sayang di nakasama sa 2 friendlies even though he was selected but na delayed lang paperwork clearance..Rooting for you Curt..Do the business!!!Go Global and Azkals!

  4. dahil sa sakim ng Global mabibigay yung ibang trabaho sa mga Fil for at hindi na mga homegrown na sya ang nangangailangan ng kita sa ating bansa. Pure pinoy nga si dizon pero yung kita nya ay pinapadala nya yun sa UK at hindi dito sa ating bayan. Source out na ang nangyayari instead na tumulong tayo sa pagbigay ng trabaho sa kapwa na dito talaga lumaki at natutong maglaro ng football. Dumadami na kasi ang mga fil-fors na yan , marami sa atin ang wlang trabaho tapos kumukuha pa tayo ng taga ibang bansa. Sobrang dami na talaga nila sa UFL...

  5. Ang pag dami ng magagaling na "Filfors" na tukoy me 14:01 ay ang siyang sagot sa kagulohan ng pag-iisip mo. Itong mga taga labas ang makakapag pa taas ng standard ng galing ng mga kababayan natin. Iba ang laro ng mga ito kumpara mo sa atin. Hayaan mo't darating ang panahon halos mag kakapantay na yan sa galing. Pero sa ngayon, kailangan muna nating mahawaan ng abiledad nitong mga taga labas. Marami tayong matututunan sa kanila. Kailangan din nating maintindahan ang "negosyo" of business na side nitong mga league na ganito. Kailangan natin ng revenues, mga taong ma kokombinseng manood ng mga laro. Ang ginagawa ng mga may ari ng teams ay mag karoon ng dynamic na team at hindi kawawa game after game.
