Uzbekistan U23 will be too tough for Azkals. I predict they will lose 0-3 ?
ReplyDeleteSounds about right... 3-0 up to 5-0/5-1 to the Uzbeks.
Deletefor sure uzbekistan will doomsday azkals may 5-0,
ReplyDeleteHave some faith in Sabio. 2-2
ReplyDeleteI guess the NT will get hammered by the Uzbeks....but it can also be that they just take as an good sparing lession and won't give 100% ..... I think about 4-0 to 6-0.....just hope it won't get much embarassing
ReplyDeleteAny live stream links?
ReplyDeletewhat time does it start in philippine time?
ReplyDeleteHi Jonny, any internet Live Stream available?

Match dont start now.. Start at midnight
ReplyDeleteWtf.. Angeles is starting.
ReplyDeleteI know right?!? WTF is that about?
DeleteIt looks like JYH is playing RB while Carli has to play LB.
Does Wolf have a PHL passport yet? If he doesn't then technically this isn't national team!
Wolf has a passport already. So Weiss uses up all his good strikers. Looks like Araneta will be coming in as a sub? No Ray Jonsson in the starting line up?

The Uzbeks dominate .....already big chances to take the lead....Azkals in total defense...won't last long till the first goal for Uzbekistan comes
ReplyDeleteas predicted => 1-0 for Uzbeskistan
ReplyDelete2-0 now....defense always like a pile of headless chicken.....always want to set the Uzbeks off-sides....and then they score
ReplyDeleteUzbekistan U23 is a weak Team.. Azkals can win vs such Team .. BUT THEREFORE the Azkals needs playing cool and not selfish dribbles and more concentrate on possesion ... BUT the TEAM in moment uncool and not well organized !!!!
ReplyDeleteNO WONDER UZB leading 2:o
And here comes Paul the expert Weiler. LOL get lost!
ReplyDeleteLOL...Uzbek U23 is a weak team...they lead their group and will probably be seen in London 2012 olympics....Azkals would have a chance to win with their best squad but not with that team which is on the pitch right now
ReplyDeleteWhy the hell do they always wear that kit as if its azkals football club that's playing rather than the national team?!?!? and than on their track suit as well as Weiss' jacket, it has that fan made azkals logo which adds to the notion that its "azkals football club" that's playing rather than the national team!! idiotic!!
ReplyDeleteCoz its Dan Palamis "club"? LOL
DeleteFC PALAMI (a.k.a. Azkals)...LOL
DeleteYeah, the players are like his dogs. LOL
DeleteUlol yan si Palami! The national team is a bit of a joke because of things like this! If he is so in love with this azkals BS than that should just be the nickname of Global FC which IS his club and not the national team. Wag dapat idamay ang national team sa mga kagagohan na ganyan!
DeleteUzbekistan line-up?
ReplyDeletePhil's an awful defender. He keeps trying to play offsides instead of marking his man, and leaving Sabio and Guiardo high and dry. The centerbacks are doing well to get back, but the outside defenders aren't stopping the crosses from coming in, and it's simply due to laziness.
ReplyDeleteLaziness??? LOL!!! It's not due to laziness! It just seems that way because the opposition is far superior to our players therefore they're able to exploit our weakness which out wide!
Deleteright....at this level our players are shown their limits in their footballing skills
DeleteIs that Marielle Benitez doing commentary? Fucking hell, she makes the game unwatchable due to horrible commentary! Its like she's having a hard time talking and sounds like shes stuttering a bit and having difficulty pronouncing words!
ReplyDeleteStrange, but I prefer her over Bob Guerrero!
Delete*cringe* cursh mo lang at eh!! hahaha!! *cringe*
DeleteBecause she sounds like she's having difficulty talking and saying what she wants to say, it also makes it look like she barely knows what shes talking about! Horrible commentary!
Aaaaaahhhhhhhh-aaaaaayyyyyyy-aaaaaaahhhhh..... aaaaayyyyy-aaaaayyyyyy.......
ReplyDeleteThat's all you hear from the crowd! Irritating as hell!
yeah, all this hysteric women in the crowd screaming like their adobo got burnt on the stove....
Deleteoverly hysteric women who are only there because they want to see the likes of the younghusband brothers and don't really know squat about the team or football in general.
DeleteHey leave them alone. Yeah they may not know about football but they are out there supporting the team that's good enough. Some may have even travelled far just to be there and support the team. Hysterical they my be but that's better than having hooligans supporting our team. That's just my view peeps.
DeleteIf you call "Aaaaaahhhhhhhh-aaaaaayyyyyyy-aaaaaaahhhhh!!!!" etc. as supporting..... then.... lol good for you.
DeleteSome may genuinely be supporting but you can bet your ass that a lot of them hysterical women were there just to get a glimpse of the likes of the Younghusband brothers.
3-0 now....defense just watched till the Uzbeks scored
ReplyDeleteShould we call off the tsunami warning, or will it really come during the Challenge Cup.
ReplyDeletewith that team, which will probably the one to kick off the Challenge Cup, we have absolute no chance to get even a single point
ReplyDeleteCheck my prediction :)
ReplyDeleteUzbek team is better than India and Tajikistan senior NT`s
wow only o:1 in 2nd half.. much more realistic defense work in comparison to 1st half ...
ReplyDeleteso Azkals developed.. why Azkals not compact before?
because you're bad luck!!
DeletePaul Weiler, i dont know if you missed it, but Sabio raped raped the referee behind the goalpost! Pls call the german police! Hurry! We are in dying need of your expertise.
ReplyDelete0-3 or 0-5 doesn't really matter. All what counts is that Azkals couldn't do anything but hopeless long balls throughout 90 minutes and this is what usually happens when a team's level is way too much behind than their opponent's. Of course i knew Azkals had no chance against UZB even if it's just U-23 team, especially with this limited players, but i didn't expect either that the game would turn out to be THIS one-sided.
ReplyDeleteWell, you and everybody else got a glimpse of what the real level of Philippine football is.
DeleteTake away all the non-homegrown players, not just for this match but in general, it will be 10 times worse and it will be no different to the 90's for example, where they were getting tongked 5, 6, 7-0 or more.
Jason Sabio and co. produces their bad luck by their own.. PFSA not need calling police. :)
ReplyDeleteif players ( sample Anton del Rosario ) like more concentrate on parties/women and missing important match practices then they producing their own "football jail".
hope one day philfootball will choose more serious players who do more actions on the venue as behind the scene.. and a coach who count on his own produced words ( he Mr. Weiss wanted to kick away Anton and others 1 year ago in Febuary 2011 .. but still some are in move.. seems the coach can not stay by his own selfmade promises )
Players are still in move... Does that mean that theyre walking or running, or maybe even driving?
Delete@PFSA
Deleteits called politics. that's why the likes gener and margarse still get called up along with other questionable decisions.
LOL @ "players are still in move".
Jason Sabio did well.
ReplyDeleteIts understandable that our back four was struggling because de dont have chemistry yet. IMHO, James is more productive in the midfield position because he really understands how Phil plays. Phil and Dennis develop their chemistry to be more potent, anyway it still there first game together. Hoping to see a much more composed, organized and improved team in their upcoming matches.
ReplyDeleteChemistry or not, fact and bottom line is.... the opposition was far superior to us. That goes for the entirety of Uzbek football as a whole and not just the Olympic team!
