Manila, AUGUST 11 (Sugod.com) – Izo Elhabbib scored four to go ahead of James Younghusband in the group B scoring charts as Teknika dismantled woeful Baguio United side 10-3.
Izo is LBC United Football League first division’s top goalscorer last season and he is on the verge of getting the same award in this tournament with five goals in two games.
Teknika completed the rout with goals from Cudo, Boyat, and Ayi Aryee who earned a hat-trick to put him at second top goalscorer in group A.
The result leaves Teknika three points clear from Laos. Both clubs are rivals for the last spot in the semi-finals of the PFF-SMART national club championships.
Teknika will be facing San Beda on Saturday for the ultimate match that could either help them progress or end their campaign early.
