  3. yes it is, considering it's not a life and death game as far as the azkals are concerned. it's a tune up match, so it would be utterly stupid for the team to defend their goal like mad. what a troll.

  4. If they were on the defensive like how they were during the Suzuki Cup, CPU would probably not have scored.

    That's just what I think.

  5. you don't need to "defend your goal like mad" to be able to defend properly and therefore be able to get a clean sheet. what a troll.

  6. Let's at least stay positive and say that they scored because the Azkals are still missing key defenders like Ray Jonsson and Rob Gier, and that the reserves were adequate enough to keep their scoring down to 1.

  7. judging from your obsession for a clean sheet, that's what you want them to do: to defend like mad. as if a clean sheet is the sole measure of a team's performance and "great"-ness. troll.

  8. where did i say "a clean sheet is the sole measure of the team's performance"? and you obviously didn't read my post properly. let me repeat. you don't need to "defend like mad" to be able to defender properly and therefore keep a clean sheet.

this also isn't some random team, this is the national team that's in question. first teammers or reserves, tune up match or not, you would still expect better from the team especially since the match which does matter is less than a week away. troll!

  9. you pose those questions come game time. a lot of factors led to such a result, and you're acting as if the team is doomed. just pop that ball out of your ass and get a life. you're criticizing the team's practice for the sake of it. i bet you'd be the first to wet your pants when the azkals clobber the mongolians in bacolod. unless you already are.

  10. who cares about clean sheets in tune up games. remember the tune up games in thailand before suzuki cup? the azkals was bashed with 7 goals against a 2nd division team. tune up games are meant for the coach to test new formations, test new players and so on. it isnt end of the world if they dont keep a clean sheet. even coaches from national teams within top 20 on the fifa ranking say that it doesnt matter if they concede 2 or 3 goals in a friendly game. thats not where their focus is.
