An entry fee of P1,000 per team per division will be charged to help defray the expenses for officiating and field preparation which are not covered by the sponsors of the tournament.
Competition will be in two categories — 10 years old and under – open to players (boys & girls) who are not below eight years old and not 11 years old as of January 1, 2010; and 12 years old and under – open to players (boys & girls) who are not 13 years old as of January 1, 2010.
Participating teams may carry the name of their school, club, corporate name, etc. but not a name of a political candidate or entry, according to project chairman and former USLS varsity sports director Roger Banzuela and project commissioner and former RP team coach Freddie Lazarito.
Deadline for registration and submission of official entries and payment or corresponding fees is on or before March 22, 2010, Monday, the same date where a meeting of coaches and team representatives is scheduled at the USLS-VSO Lecture Room at 3:00 p.m.
