    Global pretending to claim they are based in Cebu but in fact they will just be there during "home games " .they are still based in manila and make Rizal stadium as there training field. Global is a team with no Youth Academy. Palami is very good in lip service promising heaven and earth to Cebu future talents. Cebu deserved to be treated more and should adopt a team that really loves cebu and totally based their with some players really coming from cebu.
