UFL accepting new clubs

ANNOUNCEMENT:
Please be advised that the United Football League (UFL) is now accepting NEW clubs for the 2016 UFL Football Season. Additionally, these new clubs MUST have at least one (1) youth team that shall participate in the 2016 UFL Youth League. On the other hand, youth teams that would like to participate in the 2016 UFL Youth League MUST have a senior team in the UFL.
As such, interested clubs should submit their respective Letters of Intent addressed as follows:
The Executive Committee
United Football League
Unit 503, 5/F Oakridge Plaza Bldg.,
Paseo de Magallanes, Makati City
Attn: Mr. Aurelio L. San Agustin
General Manager
Furthermore, clubs are required to submit the following documents together with the Letter of Intent, to wit:
- Scanned copy of club's SEC Certificate of Incorporation
- List of Incorporators (NOTE: Should there have been changes made to the original list of incorporators, there should an accompanying notarized Secretary's Certificate and the latest General Information Sheet (GIS) submitted to the SEC reflecting these changes)
- Current List of Club Officers
- Current List of Coaching Staff
- Current Team Roster
- History, background and achievements of the club
The hard copies of the Letter of Intent with the accompanying required documents must be submitted a sealed long brown envelope to the UFL Office on or before 5:00 PM on 09 October 2015 (Friday). The envelope should be labeled as follows:

On the other hand, the soft copies may be emailed to rsa.uflph@gmail.com and rtg.uflph@gmail.com.
REMINDER: Submission of documents DOES NOT GUARANTEE automatic acceptance into the UFL. All interested clubs will be evaluated by the FA Board and clubs shall be informed of the FA Board decision accordingly.
