    How can PFF spread and encourage football all throughout the country if no TV coverage. PFF as always is too slow about marketing and sponsors.

    football here in the philippines should be in the next level,still they didn't adressed the tv exposure of the league.what a sad result for some league officials and owners. maybe they should unite and create a futbol tv,advertise their brand like,meralco,ceres,cord, etc...hehehehe lame football.

    Max 3 foreigners in PFF Smart starting XI, if Adam Mitter is foreigner then Loyola fielded 4 foreigners ? Fenelon , Wright and Canas are all foreigners.

    Competition rules were changed. Each Club may now field a max of 5 foreigners.
