  1. I'm afraid Thailand is just as technical or even more than Viet, and as fast and quick or even more than the Viets. I hope we are now prepared to face opponents that play like the Viets or Thais... I still believe that we can pull a win at least at home, and goes down to goal difference... I hope and wish we will make it through to the finals and win it all.

  2. It would now be up to coach Dooley! He must play the right players from the very start.. Riechelt will now play hopefully for the homematch, Paul mulders and James YH shud start as well. We'd be very eager to match the Thais with our speed, technical ability and physicality of the game.. And eventually get another historical Win this time against powerhouse Thailand!

    1. I prefer Lucena and ott at the center. They said Lucena's passing success percentage in AFF is above 90%. Ott is too good at the center. Very good at handling the ball and is capable of scoring. Ott moves like crazy awesome. What we lack is a keeper. 4-2-3-1 Formation against Thailand. Dooley is such a genius. I have never seen the Philippines this good.

    2. I agree with your assessment. Lucena keeps the Azkals calm in the mid. I see that sometimes when the ball doesn't pass through him or Ott, we go to excited and careless with ball possession in the attacks. Lucena is vital in the mid. Ott could slide up as attacking mid. Ott is pretty good with his feet, and passing as well, but could really play an attacking mid behind Phil and flanked by Misah and Martin. Mark clogs the lane and too slow, so single center forward/striker in Phil is fine. I would have like to see 4-2-3-1 with the current backlline Sato, Rob/Juani, Silva/Aguinaldo, Rota. 2 Defensive mids in Lucena and De Jong. 3 attacking mids in Misah (L), Ott (M), Steuble (R). Single forward/striker in Phil Younghusband... This would've been a solid line up, but too bad De Jong has retired... I still believe we can pull a miracle run this year...

  3. Dito makikita ang adjustment ni Dooley if he can make it right cause if not another coach replacement is up for grabs as we all know the coaching experience of Dooley is not as vast as the other ASEAN coaches.

    1. TD is genius! He's the best coach in ASEAN. Some of my Singaporean friends want TD to coach their NT. Thailand really thinks that they beat the Philippines on their last friendly same goes to Vietnam. It was not the full squad and have you seen how easily we got a goal from Ott's corner to Mulders. It was clear that TD was just studying Thailand and Vietnam.

    2. Yeah, after Mulders' goal it seems that they arent happy at all like they were expecting it to come.

    3. No football team gets happy when they score their first goal while losing 3 goals.

  4. Kailangan laging magaling at mabibilis ang kalaban para mag improve ang Azkals kasi mabagal ang laro nila.

  7. Today Thailand is outdone, undoubtedly to be Champion. Score will be 4-0 . We surpass even Singapore , Malaysia and Myanmar despite secondary team created well-perform over Myanma.
