Statement on Green Archers Orient Freight and Mendiola E-Games Rumble by UFL

The Technical Committee – with the approval of the UFL Executive Committee – has meted out the following sanctions at the clubs and players involved based on the FIFA Disciplinary Code:


Following Article 48 (with reference to Article 19) of the Disciplinary Code of FIFA:
1. Solas, Marlon (Mendiola) – Assault with a deadly weapon - 2 year ban from the UFL
2. Concepion, Paul Adrian (Mendiola) – Assault with a deadly weapon – 2 year ban from the UFL
3. Solas, Bernie (Mendiola) – Leaving the bench area & Assault – Indefinite suspension
4. Fadrigalan, John Paul (Mendiola) – Assault – 2 match suspension
5. Deyto, Patrick (Archers) – Assault – 2 match suspension
6. Patag, Miguel (Archers) – Assault – 2 match suspension
7. Pasilan, Christian (Archers) – Assault – 2 match suspension
8. Romero-Salas, Enrique (Archers) – Assault – 2 match suspension
9. Behag, Rey (Archers) – Assault – 2 match suspension

Following Article 49 (with reference to Article 57 & 59)
1. Coach Aris Caslib – Unsporting conduct against match officials – 4 match suspension.

Following Article 57, 59 & 30
1. Mendiola FC – 3rd offence of this nature, bench participation, grave verbal threats - deduction of 5 point from current standings.

There has been scheduled, on April 27, 2010, a second Technical Committee meeting – at which time any concerned party shall be allowed to appeal the rulings or sanctions that have been leveled against them.
