Cebu Football - ECCP Cup kicks off at CIS on April 25

THE year's European Chamber of Commerce-Philippines (ECCP) Soccer Cup will kick off on April 25 at Cebu International School with 14 companies from the IT/BPO and manufacturing sectors.

The teams in the event are Lear Corp., E-Telecare Global Solutions, Sykes, Lexmark, Convergys, Wi-Pro, Aegis People Support, Teletech, Accenture and Qualfon.


"The main goal for this event is to promote camaraderie among BPO/ IT companies in Cebu and networking within the business industry," ECCP's Sophia T. Erasmo
said.

The tournament is expected to be bigger and better with a separate ladies' division offered this year.

Last year's contest featured a mixed team of men and women.

ECCP will hold a photo contest for the event and will award an overnight stay at Marco Polo Hotel for two for the winner. (April C. Lavado, UP Intern)
