We would like to advise the football stakeholders that the match between JPV Marikina FC and Ceres Negros FC will be played in a closed stadium at the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium on 28 April 2018, 4 p.m.
JPV Marikina FC was not able to mobilize adequate security personnel for the match and hence requested for the match to be played without spectators
