SCHRÖCK LOAN EXTENDED

Stephan Schröck’s loan agreement to Ceres-La Salle FC has been extended for six months. The Philippine international joined the club last January as part of a loan agreement with his parent club SpVgg Greuther Fürth.
Schröck has been instrumental in Ceres’ 2016 campaign in the AFC Cup, UFL Cup, UFL League, and the RHB Singapore Cup. He is extended with Ceres from August 2016 up to January 2017.

    He is considered surplus by his mother club. No role to play there.

      His mother club wanted him be a defender but he doesn't want, though he can play defender
      He prefers winger or midfield but he got younger rivals to the spots that he wanted
      Same reason he was not always part of starting 11 over there

      It's a plus for azkals that he'll be in AFF Cup after missing 2008-2014 editions
