Philippines vs Kyrygzstan

The Philippine Men’s National Team are set to face Kyrygzstan for an international friendly match on 09 November 2016 at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Malate, Manila. Kick-off time is set at 8:00PM. This will be the last international friendly match before the Philippines embark for the AFF Suzuki Cup 2016.

    1. Omid already has a PH passport but hasn't gotten clearance yet. At least that was his status some months ago. Dooley probably doesn't rate him as well (would be typical).

      Minegishi is listed as Japanese locally. Can assume he doesn't have a PH passport. He's over 20 as well and that makes it more complicated if he were to try and get a PH passport as per Japanese nationality law.

      Anyway, as for the squad, still idiotic as per usual! Dooley called up more defenders but apart from Aguinaldo, they're all fullbacks, small ones at that!!

    2. Philippines allows dual citizenship but Japan doesn't
      But for him who is half-Japanese and grew up in Japan it will be easier for him to reacquire his Japanese citizenship in Japan embassy in Manila should he wish to in the future
