The Philippine Men’s Under-23 National Team return to action this September as they compete in the AFC U23 Asian Cup Qualifiers scheduled this 06-12 September 2023 in Chonburi, Thailand.
The Under-23 side was grouped with hosts Thailand, Malaysia, and Bangladesh in Group H. The winners of each group as well as the four best second placed teams will advance to the final round that will be held in Doha, Qatar next year.

PFF has called up 23 players for the tournament and has conducted their training camp at the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium in preparation for the competition. 18 players are holdovers from the team that recently competed in the AFF U23 Championship 2023 in Rayong, Thailand last month.
The head coach is Marlon Maro, and he is assisted by Christopher Pedimonte, Arvin Jay Soliman, and goalkeeping coach Noel Marcaida. PFF Technical Director Stewart Hall is also included in the delegation as technical consultant as well as analyst Stephen Oonan.
