"There will be a clinic on Jan 9-10, 8:00-10:00 Am and 3pm-5Pm Biñan Football Stadium. The clinic is open to all female players wanting to be part of the 2016 Malditas, U19 and U16. You do not need any special invitation to participate in this clinic. If you want to be part of the WNT/U19/U16 this is your chance."

Pointless..
ReplyDeleteall of us noe the main choice will be fil foreign.
that how ernie works..
Ernie Nieras is not the head coach anymore but Buda Bautista. On the contrary more focus will be given on local based players.
DeleteOh no
DeleteNo fil foreign sure hopeless
Common Palami
Do your magic
Yup, I saw it on facebook. Buda, Ernie , Aris Caslib and company are touring the US and Canada scouting for Fil Foreigners again. But to make it dramatic and for no bias reasons they schedule a tryout only in Manila for "publicity " Purpose... In short , as early as 2016 the PFF has still no trust to its local players...
ReplyDeleteknew it PFF sure have some sneaky moves behind the scene..
DeleteWe have no other plans to develop football except scouting for fil-foreign.
PFF members should be players agents instead.
Who knows they might be like Jorge mendes in status.
Why should they? What have the locals ever done to warrant such extreme self-entitlement.
ReplyDeleteBecause its the LAW
DeleteYou man self-made rules
DeleteIf Philippines only have sports programs for young footballers then this wouldn't be the case
But there isn't here in PH compared to ASEAN peers they've had their grassroots since post WW2
That makes you an impatient bastard...
DeleteThe PFF should be looking for the BEST players to add to the National Team, regardless of whether they're from the Philippines or abroad.
ReplyDeleteIf it so happens that the best players are in the Philippines, then they should be on the team, just as if the best players are abroad, they should be on the team.
22 players coming from abroad? are proud of that? Always a band aid solution for today's generation? The homegrowns are now 2nd class citizens in its own country and representation. There will be no development for us if we entrust our faith to this kind of mentality and always reliant from our half bloodied relatives from abroad.

ReplyDeletein every sport, nsa or sport association there is always a clamor online to form the best national squad in international area.
the dilema of our sports officials that global techonology is moving ahead and ito silang mga opisyales napag-iiwan and stagnant pa rin sa lumang kultura ng pagbou ng national team.
hindi na nila basta mabobola ang tao through press release dahil fast pace ang technology bawat palpak ay automatic may backlash and negative feedbacks.
DECENTRALIZATION OF TECHNOLOGY is a Global Trend halos karamihan ng world population ay nagiging tech savvy.
our online citizens can provide feedbacks and best advice to our officals on how to form a strong national sports team.
dahil sa advent ng social media at pag-unlad ng internet lahat tayo nagiging independent na or decentralize to express our views.
Ang problema ang mga Filipino Decentralize na pero ang Gobyerno pilit ipinagpapatuloy ang Centralize tradition of putting their project here in Imperial Manila.
Centralize mindset of our sports leaders really proves that our sports progam doom to fail.
they think promoting football in centralize region of Imperial Manila will bring the sport to success.
lack of creativity to develop a program from shoe string budget and limited resources.
they always ignore the advice of our online citizen to build a strong national program..instead they are still clinging of giving us a traditional band aid solution.
bakit hindi nila dalhin ang Promotion ng football sa stroghold regions nito sa visayas and mindanao para doon simulan ang promotion, training and development ng sport.
NCR is pathetic hopeless..the region is congested, compress ,polluted and not viable to develop grassroots sports program.
if PFF will decentralize football from NCR to progate the sport in every regions .
marami rin namang business TYPAN and Tycoon ang naka based sa mga probinsiya na pwedeng lapitan ng PFF para maging co sponsors or maging stakeholder para i bankroll ang national team.
most businessmen in Manila are not interested to pour out their investment port sa sports...they would rather spend their mollah to the Politicians to enjoy proctection para sa negosyo nila
I find it funny how you guys are hating on the Malditas for using foreign-based players, but when your beloved Azkals does it, it's like "YAYYYY!! Go Azkals!".
ReplyDeleteMan, you guys are such fucking hypocrites.
Not all are fucking hypocrites but you are !!!
DeleteWhat makes you say that these people are the same people supporting using foreign-based azkals condemns malditas for doing the same. Most probably they are the pure-pinoy or homegrown purists.
ReplyDeleteHypocrites who hates filipino foreigners who decides to play for the flag while screams "proud to be pinoy" if a Filipino who is a foreign citizen gets popular abroad like in American Idol. Not all, but some of them are like that.

If all players in the azkals are foreign based then we would never expect a successful triumph. We may win games but we could never win a title. They will just come here to the games to play and practice which is a vital cog in Football will always be needed. Band Aid solution will not be a popular in the future. Economically wise , I prefer to wait for the homegrowns mixed with fil foreigners who are now based here with only 3-5 players coming from abroad.

ReplyDeleteAgreed! Totally on point. No politicking and heavy pressure to make sure only Philippine-based players get to participate. The best players regardless of where they are based should make the pool.
ReplyDeleteanybody knows when and where the AFC for women (Malditas) will be held ?
