Ceres Liner Football Club shun Dynamic Builders FC, 2-1, winning streaks two weeks ago and is catching up for the top spot beating Trimaxi, 4-0, last Sunday in the 2nd round of the 2012 1st Conference North Football League of Yanson Group of Bus Companies at Ayala North Point football pitch in Talisay City.
Ceres Liner FC is now logging a 6-2 win-loss card behind Dynamic Builder, 7-1, in the standing, while Trimaxi-Agro enjoy a 5-3 card ahead of Real Negrense with 4-4 standing.
Las Buenas FC join the win column after it defeated Minulu-an-Talisay, 1-0, Sunday and tied with its victim at 1-7 win-loss card.
Real Negrense gets past Las Buenas FC, 3-2, last March 11, while Trimaxi-Agro won over Minulu-an-Talisay, 5-2.
Last Sunday, Dynamic bounced back from a humiliating loss to Ceres Liner FC to beat Real Negrense, 5-1.
Dynamic Builder’s Andy Coscolluela made the first goal in the 12th minutes; Jason Panhay made two successive goals in the 19th and 41st minute.
Real Negrense’ Luis Claur responded in the 51st, but Ian Treyes hit his target at 61st and Dinsay sealed the win at 73rd minute.
Ceres’ Van Mapa opened up the scoring cudgel in the 7th and 10th minute Sunday against Trimaxi-Agro, and Ricardo Garcia and Arvin Villaruel added two more goals in the 46th and 73rd minute for the win.
In the second game, Las Buenas FC’s Art Marcelino had came out with a winning goal in the 76th minute as Minulu-an-Talisay seemed to relax and did not expect Marcelino’s trick to seal the win.
On Sunday, Dynamic Builder faces Minulu-an-Talisay in the first game at 1:30pm; followed by Real Negrense and Ceres Liner at 3:30pm and Las Buena FC against Trimaxi-Agro in the main game at 5:30pm. The matches on Sunday will be the second to the last with the last matches on April 1, followed by a championship.
Tournament commissioner Ramon Janeo said, the tournament is held every Sunday and a double round elimination with the top four teams advancing to crossover semifinals with the top team to have a privilege of choosing its opponents.*
