Teams : Leyte , Negros Oriental (Dumaguete) , Negros Occidental (Bacolod) , Cebu and Iloilo
Strong team with Azkals Mark Ferrer as the best known player. Iloilo U23 also got former Azkals Glester Sobremisana and Francis Gustilo.

With an all star line-up, they should win it. If not, what a big disappointment. Cebu will give these guys a hard time.
