IT WAS a great day for the Real Negrense Football Club as they kept solo leadership after scoring a goal at the buzzer against Dynamic Builders on Sunday in the ongoing Villa Valderama 9-Aside Football Tournament.
The event was held at the Villa Valderama football pitch.
Real’s Winston Valencia nailed a goal at exactly 60th minute of the ballgame to beat the Builders, 1-0 and posted 4-0 win-loss card, while the Builders dropped to 2-1-1 (win-loss-draw) record.
With a clean record, Real is looking to extend its winning streak when it faces Ceres Transport on Sunday.
Ceres, on the other hand, banners three victories with one draw on its battle against Dynamic. It also outruns Las Bue ñas Football Club on weekend, 2-1 with Noel de Oca scoring a goal on 11th minute and Eliseo Palomo on the 36th minute.
LBFC had the chance to equalize the game’s outcome with Marson dela Torre’s goal at the 22nd minute to tie the score at 1-1 but Ceres made its second with six minutes passed the second half opening. LBFC is now at 0-4 alongside Talisay-Minuluan FC.
Talisay tasted its latest defeat in the hands of Tri-maxi Agro where it was scoreless all throughout the game.
Tri-max’s scorers are Noah Sajo (1st min), Theo Limas (4th min), Paolo Deles (35th min), Alijandro Montelibano (40th min) and Eric Gallaga (59th min).
The last matches for the first round of elimination round will be played on Sunday when the top four teams to play in the semis on April 11 will be determined.
